Pricing depends on scope, finishes, and mechanical work. A simple bar or media niche is very different from a fully ventilated cigar room or a golf simulator. The discovery call is where we provide realistic bands so you know if the project makes sense. 

From first call to completed space, most projects run several weeks to a few months, depending on complexity and the availability of trades. Small upgrades can be quicker. Larger builds that involve structural changes will take longer. 

Yes. Many of our projects begin as finished spaces that are underused or not designed with a clear purpose in mind. 

Absolutely. We can coordinate with your existing design team and focus on the functional and construction-driven aspects of the Gent Cave.
